2023 Fall Off Season Training Schedule

Fall School Year Off Season Schedule is below (Sept 12th-Nov 3rd):

  • Tuesday - 3:15pm-4:15pm (Warm up 10 min, speed/agility 15 min, Lift 30 min, cool down 5 min).

  • Thursday -  3:15pm-4:15pm (Warm up 10 min, speed/agility 15 min, Lift 30 min, cool down 5 min).

  • Friday - 3:45-4:15pm (Warm up/Lift 30 min)

2023 High School Spring Off Season Performance Program

SPRING High School Off Season Schedule is below (April 3rd-June 2nd):

  • This program is for all 8th-12th grade students not competing in a spring sport.

  • We will meet in the WEIGHT ROOM at the specific times below or specified for that week. Make sure to follow our Instagram for the weekly weight room schedule!

  • Tuesday - 3:45pm-4:45pm (Warm up 10 min, speed/agility 15 min, Lift 30 min, cool down 5 min).

  • Thursday -  3:45pm-4:45pm (Warm up 10 min, speed/agility 15 min, Lift 30 min, cool down 5 min).

  • Friday - 3:15-3:45pm (Warm up/Lift 30 min) (Changed from 3:45pm)

2023 Spring Middle School Strength Foundations Program

Spring Middle School Strength Foundations Schedule is below (April 3rd-June 2nd):

  • This program is for all 6th and 7th graders ready to focus on the fundamentals of strength and conditioning. I focus will be to master movements and exercises before progressing to weight!
  • Students should come prepared in athletic shoes and attire!
  • Tuesday - 5pm-5:45pm (Warm up/speed 15 min, 30 min lift)

  • Thursday - 5pm-5:45pm (Warm up/speed 15 min, 30 min lift)

2022-23 Winter Off Season Performance Program

Winter Off Season Schedule is below (Nov 15th-Mar 16th):
