SPORTS SEASON PASSES
We are excited to be able to offer All Season Sports Passes for White Hawks home events.
sports qualifying physical exam
All student participants are required to have an up-to-date sports qualifying physical on file at their school. Please understand that an sports physical is different than a well child exam. The Minnesota State High School Sports Qualifying Physical Exam Form is located in the Registration tab. Athletic participation physicals should be scheduled with the student's primary care physician and faxed to the WHS Activities Office at 952.491.8127. High School Athletic Trainers will provide their services to all registered high school student/athletes as well as optional ImPACT concussion baseline tests.
Educational Benefits
Scholarships may be available for Westonka High School athletics & activities by completing the 2025-2026 Application for Educational Benefits (AEB). Complete an application online at LinqConnect.com or download the pdf version and forward the completed application to Deb Bailey.

Activities Office Staff
The Westonka Activities Office oversees all high school and middle school athletics, as well as fine arts, clubs and activities. Our office is located at Westonka High School, 5905 Sunnyfield Road East, Minnetrista, MN and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
