In his seventh season as head coach of the Mound Westonka High School boys basketball team, Andre Phillips notched his 100th win with a 66-58 victory over Two Rivers on Dec. 16.

Under Coach Phillips, the White Hawks have compiled a 100-65 record, including four conference championships, the first 20-plus win season of record, and a trip to the state tournament for the first time in 47 years, where they came away with a consolation championship.

Prior to his head coaching role at MWHS, Phillips was an assistant coach from 2013-2015. He also coached at St. John’s, St. Cloud Tech and Blake, before coming to Westonka.

The White Hawks are 3-2 on the season this year. Congratulations to Coach Phillips and the White Hawks basketball team!
